What we would rather tell you up front
If a drive needs its base rebuilt rather than another load of stone, if a pad is going to need undercutting, or if the fix for a wet yard is uphill of the wet bit and belongs to somebody else, it is better said before the work starts. Groundwork problems that get papered over come back, and they come back more expensive.
